Seeing Homes from the Ground Up

A lot of my experience in real estate has come from being around the process, not just the finished home. Through working with developers on social media, I have been able to see projects from the very beginning, from homes being torn down and lots cleared, to everything being rebuilt step by step.

Seeing that process firsthand completely changes how you look at a space. When you watch framing go up, materials get selected, and details come together over time, you start to understand what actually goes into a home. It makes you notice things you probably would not have paid attention to otherwise, and it gives you a much better sense of what quality really looks like.

A big part of what I do is figuring out how to capture that process in a way that feels natural. It is not just about the final product, but everything that happens in between. The early stages, the structure before the finishes, and the way a home slowly takes shape all tell a story. Being able to highlight both the behind the scenes and the finished space makes the end result feel more complete.

That experience has also shaped how I think about presenting homes. It is not just about getting a perfect photo at the end, it is about understanding what makes a space feel intentional and then showing it in a way that other people can connect with. The way something is captured and shared can completely change how it is perceived.

Over time, I have started to notice what people are actually drawn to. It is usually not the overly staged or overdone content, but spaces that feel well designed, thoughtful, and real. When that is paired with the right presentation, it naturally stands out.

Being around the full process, from teardown to completion, has given me a different perspective. I pay more attention to how something is built, how it is designed, and how it should be shown. It has made me more intentional in how I approach real estate and how I help present homes in a way that feels true to the space.
