Best Places to Eat in Scottsdale
These are the places I find myself going back to or recommending all the time. Some are more elevated, some are really casual, but all of them just feel good and are consistently done well.
Going Out
Élephante
A go to when you want something a little more elevated and social. The space is beautifully done and always has a great energy. The vodka sauce pasta and an espresso martini are always a good choice.
Cala
Cala is one of those places that works for a nicer dinner but still feels social. It is bright during the day and has a really good energy at night. Easy place to go with friends.
Elevated Dinner
Buck & Rider
Probably one of the most consistent spots in Scottsdale. The food is always really good and it feels elevated without being too formal. It is an easy recommendation and I love the Tuna Crispy Rice.
Pescada
A little more low key and quieter. This is where I would go if you want something nicer but not a big scene. It just feels a little more relaxed.
Local Favorites
Amelia’s by EAT
One of my favorite spots for coffee or breakfast. Everything feels really intentional and it is one of those places that just feels good to sit in. I also love that you can grab little things from the market.
LAMP Pizza
Super simple, really good pizza. Nothing over the top, just consistently good. One of those easy places you end up going back to a lot.
Good for Happy Hour / Casual
The Henry
Good for pretty much anything. Coffee, drinks, or dinner. It is just an easy place to meet people and always has a good energy.
SOL Mexican Cocina
Good for a more casual dinner or drinks. The vibe is fun without being too much and it is always a solid option.
Healthy / Lighter
True Food Kitchen
My go to when I want something lighter. Everything feels clean and ingredient focused, but still actually tastes good.
Final Thoughts
Scottsdale has a lot of great spots, but these are the ones I keep coming back to. They are all a little different, but they are just consistently good and easy to recommend.
